Probate Inventories

In addition to our other services, Faithful Inventories offers a comprehensive service to Solicitors, designed to save you time and work through the process of Probate. We are able to provide a comprehensive inventory of the condition and state of repair of any property, as well as details of the contents and of their condition as a first stage.

Should you wish to use our services, we will act faithfully within the bounds of your instructions, so that you retain full control in ensuring the wishes of your clients are fully carried out and that the value of an estate can be fully realised for beneficiaries.

We can provide detailed inventories of properties and their contents, including detailed colour photography. In fact any valuable or distinctive item comprising part of the estate would be photographed as a matter of course.

The final report also includes a data disk with full-size files (full photo quality at A3 resolution) for every photograph taken, as well as a video tour of the property, which can be useful for estate agents, auctioneers and house clearance specialists, in terms of preliminary identification of items of value.

Our services extend to packing of valuable items to be transported for auction and we are more than happy to work in concert with your valuers, auctioneers and house clearance specialists, should you require us to do so, but we would at all times report directly to you.

Our services are entirely flexible and we are always happy to try to accommodate any reasonable request made of us. We fully understand the duties placed upon you and the level of integrity needed to fulfil those duties; Faithful Inventories makes a point of seeking out partners with integrity and honesty and ensuring that our standards are beyond doubt.

We are able to work anywhere in the mainland UK, but are also happy to travel further should you require, and you will find our prices more than competitive.
